Product Returns
Terms and Guidelines:
- products returned in new condition customers are responsible for the shipping fee.
- Only Pre-Orders products canceled prior to shipment are eligible for refunds back to the original payment method.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery through "office@aurelis.cc",customers are responsible for the shipping fee.
- Orders with Route Shipping Protection may qualify for replacement on a case-by-case basis.
If an item arrives damaged this will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage and an attachment of the SKU on the polybag packaging your item arrived in. Once approved,aurelis will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 5 day time period, aurelis is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, aurelis will be unable to fulfill your request.

All aurelis orders are processed within 30 minutes of purchase and shipped within 72 business hours to ensure speedy delivery.
